Continuing with our series on Miniatures in Museums across the globe, we'd definitely recommend checking out this next place next time you're in Missouri!
The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures, formerly known as the Kansas City Toy and Miniature Museum, has grown from 7,000 square feet in 1982 to the 33,000 it is today with over 72,000 objects making it the world’s largest fine-scale miniature collection and one of the nation’s largest antique toy collections on public display.
Be sure to check out their events calendar when planning your visit! In addition to their rotating exhibits, they have a wonderful selection of special events, film screenings and lectures.
