'Shopping Basket' was our theme for the September Pocket Party Class. And our shopping basket was filled with yummy foods we created from polymer clay that looked good enough to eat!
The shopping baskets were created with a mesh wire, wire and pliers.
Our shopping baskets are complete and ready to be filled with groceries!
We rolled, mixed, pressed and textured clay to create tiny bits of lettuce.
Fresh out of the toaster oven, our loaves of multi-grain bread are cooling off.We filled the shopping baskets with healthy foods that we created with polymer clay. Some of the items on our grocery list that we made were salmon fillets, cherry tomatoes, a bag of lettuce, english muffins, almonds, kale, and carrots.
I think the baskets turned out fabulous for our first time!A lot of patience and gentle crafting hands were needed to create these baskets, along with a lot of laughs. It was fun learning experience using a material that none of us have used before.Thank you everyone for attending! And hopefully everyone didn’t leave with their tummies growling too loudly!Looking forward to creating and inspiring each other again soon.Filling in for Maria,Aimee
