  • In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday out of our brick & mortar store in California.
  • Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.
  • All orders are shipped by Dollhouses, Trains & More.
  • Orders that qualify for Free Shipping through special promotions will ship via Standard or Ground Shipping with one of the above listed carriers.
  • Free Shipping is offered only to the Continental United States.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions 

For fraud prevention reasons, billing AND shipping address MUST match. If you would like to ship to an address different than the billing address, you can use Paypal. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY ONLY USE PAYPAL.

All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will refund the full amount paid. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If a price increase occurs we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a response we will cancel your order, refunding the full amount paid.

Privacy & Security 

We do not store any credit card information for any amount of time. We are dedicated to protecting your identity and will not sell or release your information under any circumstances. Our checkout process is SSL protected to ensure a very safe transaction.  Dollhouses, Trains & More will appear on your credit card or bank statements.

Returns & Replacements 

Customer Service MUST be notified within 15 days if there are any problems with your order. For your protection, please inspect all packages and merchandise immediately for damages or shortages. Please contact our Customer Service department at (415) 883-0388 x101. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
